This Support Option provides a supported client with a member of Control Key technical staff, at an agreed site for an agreed number of days per quarter to perform support tasks.

Support Days are provided to rectify desktop computer faults and user issues, server housekeeping tasks, physical tasks that are not possible using remote access Options, and to provide an on site liaison for on going requirements for a local area network, wide area network or virtual private network.
