Control Key provides network support to clients either on networks and servers we have installed, or on "inherited" networks following a site survey. By completing a survey we can understand the network infrastructure in depth, and can access the network using appropriate and proven monitoring and diagnostic tools.

From our base in the North West we provide UK business computer network support services, with existing customers as far apart as London and Scotland.
We work with larger, blue chip clients, to supplement their own IT Departments with specific knowledge on the solutions Control Key has supplied and implemented. For example, firewall support.
In the medium to large SME (small to medium sized enterprises) sector Control Key often act as their clients' IT department, using our helpdesk to log and progress calls, and remote control technology to solve problems without having to visit site in the first instance.
