This Option provides remote network data backup monitoring and access to Computer Associates' Arcserve or BrightStor offsite backup jobs running on specified supported servers at client sites, using BrighStor from Control Key's office over a VPN using the public Internet.

Cancelled or Crashed jobs will be followed up with the client to determine the cause and a plan of action put into place to resolve the issue. Incomplete jobs (typically for the skipping of "in use" files) will be checked for potential issues and, where appropriate a plan of action will be put into place with the client to provide a secure, remote backup system.
