This Option provides remote access to specified supported MICROSOFT® Windows NT 4, Windows 2000 servers,
SNMP compliant Routers and Switches, at client sites, in order to collect service availability and performance statistics (where applicable) using software from Control Key's office over an 'Always on' connection (i.e. Leased Line, Frame Relay, VPN Connection etc).
Availability Monitoring is a 24hour system. Access to a Control Key engineer to discuss or resolve any issues raised by the Monitoring System is available, if the Remote Support option has been taken." A web login to the Availability system is also provided for support clients, to track the historical performance collected to date and to gain a current analysis of their supported systems.
